In our quest for increased global footprint, we started having partnership discussions with companies in Africa. In 2021, we entered a partnership agreement with Blake & Harper Nigeria, an Integrated Marketing Communication Outfit based in Abuja, Nigeria’s Federal Capital City. We hope to expand into other countries in the West African region from here.
Launching our new DNA of Plan, Create, Generate – looking at taking businesses from any point to where their goals and aspirations are, we have created 3 distinct divisions to help client’s businesses at every angle to succeed online and beyond.
We launched our sociable selling division, with ever increasing ways to communicate to your customers through social channels and to help clients develop a proper social strategy that drives sales, generates leads or engage with customers to raise their brand awareness.

Yet again, we started to out-grow our lovely Head Office, so we needed to find a bigger premises! We moved over to our hip new Oxford Street Head Office, where there’s plenty of room for us to geek out on our many monitors, and twirl about in our chairs without kicking anybody.
We wanted to create something for the forgotten market, so we created Redback Lite, an option for SME, SOHO business to get online with a CMS that works, whatever their budget. As we expanded, we felt it was time for a more comfortable setting for ourselves and for our clients to come and visit. So we decided to treat ourselves and relocate Head Office to a more swanky part of town.
As our clients needs evolved, so did our CMS. From working together with our clients, and forming really good working relations, we responded to their requests and feedback to develop Redback into a better tool for them to use.
