The Challenge

This site has gone through several reincarnations due to the advancement in the company profile and its growth over the years.

A main requirement was a searchable job database that integrated to Broadbean for feeding Job boards and the site had to be suitable for viewing on all device platforms as well.

Our Solution

Technically this had to stand up with other leading agencies both visually and technically, but the two presented their own issues which had to be resolved.

We built the site on our bespoke Redback platform and this gave us the flexibility to adjust it technically to accommodate the integration of Broadbean and deliver the job search. We are also constantly looking at adapting this as we improve the search based on feedback and have added functionality for candidates to apply via LinkedIn.

Visually the Redback platform is adaptable to whatever is required, so designing the site and delivering it in this way worked well. As you can see by viewing this on any device, you get a great feel for the brand and it is also very usable in terms of job searching.

Results

Since the launch of Tec Group, markets have changed and the site has adapted to this adding in new sectors and moving with the times. The feedback from their clients and candidates has be hugely positive and they have recently purchased another business to grow within the Middle East. The website is a leading part of projecting the image of the company and growing its client and candidate database.
